The kind of anxiety and panic attacks that you experience can vary from the next, but typically, anxiety is simply a feeling that everyone experiences. Yes, even those people who don’t understand your panic attacks also experience anxiety. The difference is that they feel their nerves in smaller, “normal” doses. Thus, they don’t have the intense rush of thoughts race through their head, nor do they have palpitations or faintness – And if they do, they are able to rationalize that they are experiencing feelings of nerves and not fear the feeling moving forward.
