Thank you for checking out my anxiety blog. As a sufferer of panic attacks for as long as I can remember, I felt encouraged to share my knowledge and experiences with you guys in regards to dealing with anxiety. Here is a bit of my story with panic attacks and why I started this anxiety blog. I do highly suggest that you take the time to Learn about how to help common conditions & ailments using natural methods at our Health A-Z Index!
It actually all started with my panic attacks videos on Youtube years ago. I decided to start a Youtube Channel dedicated to dealing with anxiety. I feel like there is this stigma attached with panic attacks that basically says, “If you have them, you aren’t normal”, or “You will never overcome them” or be anything. When people hear of anxiety attacks, they typically assume that the person is an introvert and weird, unsociable or has something wrong with them. I wanted to make it my mission to get rid of this stigma while teaching you all about dealing with anxiety.
The truth lays within this anxiety blog. Just because you suffer from such attacks does not mean that you have to hibernate inside of your house or not proceed with your dreams. Although dealing with anxiety is imperative, I wanted to make sure that everyone out there had someone to relate to – Me! I wanted to show you that you can live a normal life. You don’t have to avoid situations or opportunities and you certainly shouldn’t forget about your dreams.
Throughout my anxiety blog, I am hoping that you will be able to see that you can live a normal life, just as I do. In fact, I live an absolutely incredible life. I do all the things that I never thought that I would have been able to do years ago. I astonish myself each and every day, and I want to inspire you to do the exact same thing. Your life is an adventure and your panic attacks shouldn’t deter you from exploring it.
As mentioned, I have been an anxiety sufferer for many years. As long as I can remember, I have been dealing with anxiety. I get it. It is exhausting and tiring, people don’t always understand and you often let your fear get the best of you. I want to make sure that you stop that right now with this anxiety blog. Now, I don’t have a phD or any degree for that matter. I’m just a freelance writer, blogger and Youtuber who has first-hand experience dealing with anxiety on a daily basis for years, and years.
I want you to know that “dealing with anxiety” does not mean that you are in the midst of a panic attack, and we will discover that throughout my posts. So let’s begin to learn that you do not have to be the stigma attached to this disease. You can be everything that you have ever dreamed of being. Use me as an example. See you next week!
