It saddens me to see how many people look for the answer to, “How to travel with anxiety?” I’m not entirely surprised though because I was once a land-locked anxiety sufferer myself. Heck! Getting into a car with someone I’ve known my entire life was even once a challenge but the day I decided to finally explore the horizon is the day my life changed.


The world has so many incredible places. I would never want anyone to limit themselves to just one place because they don’t know how to travel with anxiety. If I can do it, I know you can do. I’ve gotten through the emotional turmoil of panic attacks, struggled with the fear of being stuck in the air, and the idea of being stuck somewhere away from home. And let me tell you, it was worth it.

I recently asked my Anxiety Gone Facebook audience how many of you don’t travel because of anxiety. The answers broke my heart. It’s my mission in life to teach you how to travel with anxiety.
