Help and Hope for your Nerves: It’s an Oldie But a Goodie for Anxiety Help!

Full Disclosure: Clicking on these links could mean a tiny commission for me, at no extra cost to you.

Throughout the years suffering from panic attacks, I’ve had the opportunity to read a lot of anxiety help books that provide tips and tools on how to cope with anxiety. Well, who am I kidding “opportunity”? I read these books in an absolutely anxious state, hoping, praying for something to work. And I definitely found many that did! Hence this section of my anxiety blog.

My Go-To Anxiety Help Book

The very first anxiety help book I ever read was by Claire Weekes Hope and Help for Your Nerves. My mom actually gave it to me because she used the book to help her overcome her anxiety attacks when she was severely suffering in her 20s and 30s. So needless to say, this anxiety help book has been around for a long time and I have been preaching it ever since I read the first paragraph. Don’t let the age of Hope and Help for Your Nerves deter you. It’s been around for a long time and has continued to work for many people. I’ve picked up and read it probably 20 times, or whenever I was going through a rough time and needed an extra pick-me-up and help with anxiety.

Claire Weeks actually has many other anxiety help books. I haven’t read them personally, but considering how amazing Hope and Help for Your Nerves is, I feel confident recommended anything from her.

On this section of my anxiety attacks blog, I will be providing you with additional sources that will help with anxiety.

Is there something you recommend for other sufferers out there? Comment down below and I will be sure to check it out!
