These oils can be found in natural shower gels, soaps, and massage oils. You can add them to a diffuser, bath water, and homemade candles.

          The benefits? Essential oils stimulate your olfactory system and encourage a response from your body. This helps lessen feelings of stress and assists you in relaxing, rejuvenating, or healing. Your reaction is dependent on the scent. For example, peppermint oil is renowned for its energizing properties, while chamomile is celebrated for its soothing benefits.

          You can either apply aromatherapy oils topically or inhale them for holistic healing.

          2. Meditation and Yoga Outdoors

          We all know exercise is good for our health, yet some exercise regimes are more relaxing than others. Yoga is one such activity that offers both physical and mental benefits, as it also relaxes and rejuvenates you, leaving you feeling balanced and grounded.

          All the rage among celebrities, athletes, and those wishing to embrace a healthy mind, body, and soul, is cold water therapy.  When practiced regularly, this therapeutic practice assists your mind and body and is particularly beneficial to your immune system. Whether you opt for ice baths, cold showers, or a local lake or sea dip, you’ll instantly feel energized and ready to take on your day.
