It’s easy to overlook the powerful steps you’ve taken throughout the year when your mind always takes you to a place of, “…But I didn’t accomplish this goal,” and “But I’m still ridden with anxiety.” So, I’ve created the ultimate list of self reflection questions for anxiety to ask yourself at the beginning of the new year to make is easy to bring awareness to just how far you’ve come this past year.

          Now that you have gone through the self reflection questions for anxiety, it’s time to determine how you will put your new goals into action. Below is a list of things I recommend every anxiety warrior to do on a regular basis to form a calming foundation that allows them to thrive.

          • Try new forms of anxiety relief and receive hope, help and healing each season with our anxiety subscription boxes
          • Learn new healing modalities, such as reiki, chakra healing, sound baths and aromatherapy for anxiety
          • Start a journal, whether it’s a diary or a gratitude list
